Mr. Alfonso looks beyond the four corners of complex commercial contracts, to specifically address and resolve the not only presently identifiable issues, but obscure “Contractual Land-Mines” which counsel without two decades of commercial contract litigation and arbitration may never recognize due to their lack of such experience.

Mr. Alfonso has represented numerous clients in international “Personal Protective Equipment” (“PPE”) complex commercial multi-party contracts.

The firm has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants as First-Chair Counsel in complex commercial litigation and arbitration across the country, including NFL Client NFLPA Arbitration, Texas, Oklahoma, New York, Florida, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin, Louisiana and Missouri.

• Appellate Representation

Mr. Alfonso has represented clients in the Fifth Circuit and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals, including oral argument before the Eighth Circuit.

• Creditor Representation in US Bankruptcies

The firm has represented regional and international creditors in U.S. bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings, including international creditors in the fifth larges bankruptcy in U.S. history; In Re: Refco, Inc. [So. Dist. Of Manhattan – 2005].

The firm has represented clients in international arbitration including complex commercial arbitration proceedings in The Hague, Netherlands, under the jurisdiction of the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC”), based in Paris, France.
