Mr. Alfonso looks beyond the four corners of the complex
commercial contracts to specifically address and resolve not only presently identifiable issues, but obscure and potentially latent "Contractual Land-Mines” which counsel without three decades of commercial contract litigation and arbitration may never recognize due to their lack of experience in the courtroom and before an arbitral tribunal.
Mr. Alfonso has represented numerous clients regarding high stakes commercial deals around the world, including "Personal Protective Equipment" ("PPE") and other complex commercial multi-party contracts.

Counsel, in complex commercial litigation and
arbitration across the country, including NFL Client NFLPA Arbitration, Texas, Oklahoma, New York, Florida, Washington, D.C., Wisconsin, Louisiana, and Missouri.
Appellate Representation
Mr. Alfonso has represented clients in the Fifth Circuit and Eighth Circuit Courts of Appeals, including oral argument before the Eighth Circuit.
Creditor Representation in US Bankruptcies
The firm has represented regional and international creditors in U.S. bankruptcy proceedings, including adversary proceedings, including international creditors
in the larges bankruptcy in U.S. history; In Re. Refco, Inc. [So. Dist. Of Manhattan - 2005].

When provided the opportunity, Mr. Alfonso will utilize his "Problem Solving" experience in order to seek to resolve disputes which may either be at risk of litigation or arbitration, as well as those matters which are already in litigation or arbitration. Mr. Alfonso possesses the know-how and experience in dispute resolution, seeking to ensure that a full and complete resolution is reached as soon as possible.


Customs & Imports (ITAR & EAR)
Mr. Alfonso's firm provides counsel on Import/Export controls, ITAR, DFARS/FAR, and FCPA in the defense industry. Anti-Bribery/Anti-Corruption, government regulatory affairs, corporate governance, and enterprise risk and
compliance.
Mr. Alfonso has worked with Parallax Advanced
Research ("Parallax") and Ohio Aerospace Institute ("OAl"), which is now part of Parallax, and has spoken on defense-related matters, including ITAR, at OAl/Parallax as well as Cleveland State University and the British American Trans-Atlantic Conference in Cleveland.
