These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of www.worldwidecounsel.net (the "Site"), operated by The Law Offices of S. George Alfonso, PLLC ("the Firm,"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms, without reservation, objection or waiver. If you do not fully and without reservation agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.

Unsolicited information you transmit before an engagement is established may not be treated as confidential or privileged and may  not preclude the Firm from representing a party adverse to you.

This Site may be considered attorney advertising under the rules of certain jurisdictions, including the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct. S. George Alfonso is licensed to practice law in Texas, Oklahoma, and Illinois, and before certain federal courts. The Firm does not seek to represent anyone in any jurisdiction where this Site would not comply with that jurisdiction's laws or rules of professional conduct. The description of services on this Site is not a solicitation for, and the Firm does not provide, specific legal services in specific jurisdictions where attorneys are not authorized to practice said legal services in said jurisdictions.
